Humberto Ramos' FairyQuest

I saw these on Brandstudio's webblog and decided to post some of them here as well, since I think Humberto Ramos is one of the best artists in comic books and this genre seems to fit him to a "T". It just put a smile on my face and I think it will to yours, also.

Great stuff! If anyone has more info on this book, let us know. We'll pimp the everlovin' heck out of it!

Marvel and Transformers?
Yes, this is for real. I was shopping in Wal-Mart yesterday and actually saw these on the shelf. I have a feeling some people may love these, while others may shake their head and wonder "why?", but I can tell you that my kids went cookoo for Cocoa Puffs when they saw the Hulk/tank. Heck, if they can do it with Star Wars, why not, right?Monday, August 11, 2008
Strangeco.com
I discovered this site after checking out some advertising in the latest issue of Hi Fructose Magazine. I'm a little late to the party when it comes to vinyl toys and the specialty toy market in general, but I am really diggin' on the unique expression that comes from these collectible little gems. One of the standouts I found on the site was Tokidoki, who has partnered with a lot of big names, such as the famous HelloKitty brand to produce a weird mix of styles on their combined toy and merchandise line.

Check em all out and don't get lost in all of this coolness. It's a wonderful world, and Mainstay is going to enter it all very soon... check back with us for more.
